It all starts with a first date during which we set the day's objectives and priorities together. This preliminary scoping is essential to ensure the day is as efficient as possible.
Preparatory work — before the day, I'll send you some exercises to complete. They form the basis of our discussions and are essential for the workshop's success.
The co-creation day — we work according to the objectives set out beforehand, following the key stages, whilst staying attuned to the energy and inspiration of the moment. We wrap up the day with an action plan.
Access to the LBM Hotline — for 1 month after the workshop, I remain available for quick discussions to support you with the implementation.

Yes, Creative Boost takes place in person. The day requires full attendance and a workspace conducive to concentration and creativity.
An initial meeting is organised to set the objectives and priorities of the workshop together. I will then send you preparatory exercises to complete before the day — they are essential for it to be effective.
You leave with a concrete action plan resulting from our co-creation day. And you have access to the LBM Hotline for 1 month to discuss things quickly and consolidate implementation.
