Creative Connection is a bespoke support service where I act as your Agent, working alongside you to represent and promote you, allowing you to fully concentrate on your area of genius.
Interior / product / furniture / graphic / fashion designer, you work for yourself and you aspire to focus on what you do best: create.
Negotiating your fees with your clients, drafting and defending your contracts, managing commercial proposals: this isn't why you chose this profession. And yet, it takes up a huge amount of time.

It has been nearly 30 years since Management – human, operational and artistic – entered my life.
Before founding LBM, I worked alongside India Mahdavi as Studio Manager for nine years. My responsibilities included drafting and negotiating fee proposals and contracts, in both French and English. I also have extensive experience in the retail (fashion) and luxury sectors, which has enabled me to develop commercial and strategic skills, as well as expertise in marketing and communications.
I understand the challenges, best practices and opportunities for growth within a creative environment. I understand the issues, deadlines, joys and intensity of your line of work.

Guaranteed response within 24 working hours. For pep talks and quick exchanges (written and/or voice) on specific questions, when you need them.
3-month minimum commitment. No exclusivity: You can collaborate with other agencies or partners if you wish. You retain your freedom: this is non-negotiable.
