Creative Leaders is a bespoke 6-month one-to-one coaching programme, designed for entrepreneurs, independent creatives and senior executives in the creative industries who want to strengthen their leadership stance, self-confidence and decision-making: further, higher, stronger.

We’ll meet at your office, in a place whose atmosphere we appreciate, whilst out walking, via video call – depending on inspiration, preference or need. To overcome obstacles and tackle issues in depth: content, strategy, action plans, stress management, public speaking, career transitions, and settling into a new role.

Between sessions, I can suggest some introspective and visionary work to consolidate your progress and prepare for the next stage.
A minimum of 6 months for genuine, long-lasting results on your professional development. With the option afterwards to continue, pause or resume at will, according to your pace and progress. I have been supporting some clients for several years.

Creative Management, à l’inverse, est un format collectif : un workshop d’une journée avec vos équipes, pour créer ensemble une dynamique de groupe, une vision commune ou de nouvelles compétences partagées.
