Lili Bonnet, agent and business coach
for creative entrepreneurs

Specialising in design, fashion and luxury, I support independent creatives, executives
and entrepreneurs looking to turn their passion into a successful business; ;
and develop their business while remaining true to their core values.

Perfectly bilingual, my individual and group coaching sessions are offered in French or English. Knowledge transfer and mentoring are at the heart of my management approach, empowering everyone to build confidence and independence.

Management as a guiding principle

Since the start of my career, I have always been committed to training and developing
the technical and interpersonal skills of my colleagues, and to optimise growth and profitability.

A path in service of creation

With customer service in creative sectors (fashion, design, luxury) as an underlying theme, my eclectic career began in 1999. I held Sales & Management positions at Levi’s (London & Paris), then became Regional Director (Rhône-Alpes) for the SMCP group (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot). I was also a Project Manager within Parisian agencies.

In August 2012, I joined India Mahdavi’s Studio as Studio Manager for 9 years. A pivotal role, the Studio Manager is the guardian of a company’s image. They ensure everything runs smoothly, that the artistic vision is respected, promote the brand, defend the interests of the creative director, while managing administration, communication, and negotiating fee proposals and contracts, in both French and English.

LBM Launch

In March 2021, after having a year to mature the project, I decided to go freelance by creating LBM. My goal: to better balance my personal and professional life, and to support my clients with the flexibility and depth they deserve.

As a highly sensitive person and «hyper-everything», I understand the challenges faced by those who are also. I have developed specific tools and keys to address the particular needs of my clients during my coaching sessions.

«My grandparents were entrepreneurs; my parents too. It was therefore only natural that I made what I consider to be the choice of freedom, by founding LBM.»

Working with creatives

To radiate creativity. To promote you and defend your interests. To create links, connections, to generate business between Creative Leaders: entrepreneurs and organisations in the creative industries.

Most of the time, creators don't necessarily know how to sell what they've created. That's where I come in: I help them structure, define a framework, and then defend that framework. I assist them in defining their values, their vision, their mission; and when necessary, I act directly alongside them as their agent.

The values at the heart of my actions

Ethics

Ethics

Ethics are very important to me. They include professionalism, a sense of confidentiality, good practice, professional conduct and commitment. Demonstrating ethics also means being able to recognise when I am not the right person for my clients, and telling them so. Because the rapport between the people I support and myself needs to flow naturally, on both sides. Integrity is also a part of ethics. This is why I continue to train regularly, and why I receive support myself.

Synergy

Synergy

I work on synergy for the benefit of emerging or established talent who wish to focus on their creativity. By creating synergy, we create emulation: this is what allows us to move to the next steps, to progress. Synergy is a mix of all energies: that of each individual, each contributor, each business.

Perpetuity

Perpetuity

What matters in my coaching, are lasting changes. The shifts we make. I believe that aiming for rapid performance remains illusory: the results may be impressive in the short term, but when you stop, everything collapses. For me, solid grounding is just as important as performance. That's why I include follow-up after my coaching sessions and workshops, because it's much more supportive, more effective, and less frustrating.

What strategies do you use to support creative entrepreneurs?

I offer a bespoke support service, starting with an in-depth assessment of your situation and aspirations. Strategies may include setting up private coaching sessions, developing a robust action plan, and advice on improving your visibility and positioning. It's a co-creative support service, focused on your personal development and professional positioning.

Je propose cinq programmes distincts : Creative Connection (agent des créatifs indépendants), Creative Leaders (accompagnement individuel dirigeants), Creative Switch (coaching ikigai), Creative Management (coaching d’équipe et formation), et Creative Boost (workshop intensif).

Both, and that's precisely what sets LBM apart. A certified coach in ikigai and skills assessment for over ten years, I've expanded my role to that of an agent for independent creatives. In practical terms: I attend your client meetings, I negotiate your fees and contracts, and I act as a business developer. Because I was Studio Manager at India Mahdavi for 9 years (responsible for negotiating fee proposals and contracts in French and English), this role is at the core of my expertise.

As a business coach for entrepreneurs, my role is to guide leaders and project holders to achieve their goals and develop a concrete strategy. Through our sessions, we work together to identify obstacles, define the key stages for your project's development, and implement an action plan to boost your business's effectiveness and growth.

LBM support provides an outside perspective on your business, effective action plans, and ongoing assistance. It helps you clarify your vision, strengthen team cohesion, improve your presence, and refine your positioning, enabling you to reach your target audience more impactfully.

Yes, each session is entirely personalised. I ensure that the content, activities, and discussions are directly applicable to your specific situation and challenges.

I am a certified Ikigai and skills assessment coach. I regularly train in various techniques: transactional analysis, Taibi Kahler's Process Communication model, neuroscience. LBM is Qualiopi certified (No. 25FOR00057.1), which allows for partial funding of training via OPCOs.
