Le coaching est un accompagnement individualisé, centré sur votre situation spécifique ; on travaille sur votre mindset, votre posture, vos objectifs. La formation transmet des compétences et des outils applicables immédiatement, souvent en groupe. LBM propose les deux : des accompagnements individuels (Creative Leaders, Creative Connection, Creative Switch) et des programmes collectifs (Creative Management, Creative Boost).
Ça dépend du programme. Creative Leaders se fait en présentiel à Paris (votre bureau, un lieu que nous choisissons, en marchant) ou en visio. Creative Switch se fait entièrement en visio. Creative Management se déroule en présentiel à Paris et en Île-de-France — dans des lieux au vert ou dans vos locaux. Creative Boost se fait en présentiel. Creative Connection est un accompagnement continu mixte présentiel/visio.
Elle varie selon le programme : Creative Switch = 3 mois (6 séances), Creative Boost = 1 journée + 1 mois de Hotline, Creative Leaders = 6 mois minimum (avec possibilité de continuer). J’accompagne certains clients depuis plusieurs années, car les programmes s’adaptent à votre évolution.
