Coaching is personalised support, centred on your specific situation; you work on your mindset, your posture and your goals. Training imparts skills and tools that can be applied immediately, often in a group. LBM offers both: individual support programmes (Creative Leaders, Creative Connection, Creative Switch) and collective programmes (Creative Management, Creative Boost).
That depends on the programme. Creative Leaders takes place in person in Paris (your office, a location we choose, while walking) or via video call. Creative Switch is done entirely via video call. Creative Management takes place face-to-face in Paris and the Île-de-France region — in green settings or on your premises. Creative Boost takes place in person. Creative Connection is a continuous blended face-to-face and video support.
It varies depending on the programme: Creative Switch = 3 months (6 sessions), Creative Boost = 1 day + 1 month of hotline, Creative Leaders = 6 months minimum (with the possibility of continuing). I have been working with some clients for several years, as the programmes adapt to your evolution.
