Creative Management
— Team coaching and management training for the creative industries

Instilling Creativity into Management. And Management into Creativity.

Creative Management is a bespoke team coaching and management training programme designed for teams and organisations in the creative industries in Paris and the Île-de-France region — and anywhere else — within the creative sector (luxury, fashion, design, architecture) who want to realign, strengthen their cohesion, and boost their collective performance.

Tailor-made support
for the teams

Several possible configurations depending on your situation:

Would you like to

Define and deploy a new strategy, streamline your processes, encourage consultation and cooperation, strengthen team cohesion and create synergies, make a profound shift, remotivate and remobilise your teams, manage through strengths, and develop individual and collective soft skills.

«My approach is based on one of the soft skills key areas: creativity. I have therefore developed the concept of Creative Management, which involves infusing more creativity into management — and more management into creativity.»

Your collective leadership challenges

«My team lacks cohesion»

Relationships are cordial, but collective intelligence hasn’t yet taken hold. Everyone works in their own silo. Team coaching helps to create a genuine group dynamic and transform a collection of individuals into a high-performing team.

«I want to (re)examine my organisation’s vision and values»

Brand launch, change of direction, new positioning: your team needs to understand, buy into, and commit. The workshop is the ideal format for co-constructing this shared vision through collective intelligence.

«My teams need remotivating»

Interpersonal communication, public speaking, leadership, change management, soft skills: these competencies can be learned. And well-run team coaching generates a positive dynamic that lasts long after the workshop or training.

The LBM method

A core principle: infusing Creativity into Management, and Management into Creativity.

It is a matter of creating and maintaining a stimulating work environment that is conducive to the expression of all forms of creativity, through active listening and an open mind. Creativity Management contributes to the autonomy, involvement and commitment of each team member, whose sensitivity and uniqueness become a strength.

A proven methodology combining: preparatory questions, theoretical content, immediately applicable tools, solo / pair / small group exercises, co-creation, co-development, and test & learn.

I am Lili Bonnet

Development officer and trainer for professionals in the creative industries

With more than 25 years’ experience in the luxury, fashion and design sectors, I know from the inside the challenges, dynamics and demands of these sectors. I understand the issues, deadlines, joys and intensity of your profession.

I design and facilitate my business management training courses and team coaching in both French and English. I work in Paris and the Île-de-France region, and travel as required.

The programme Creative Management

Organisation

I love finding venues and organising events. I always favour a setting conducive to creativity and reflection: green spaces around Paris and in the Île-de-France region, venues with accommodation, meals to cook together or a private chef. I can also work directly on your premises — although I consider a neutral venue to be more conducive — or abroad.

Preparation & Design

Following an initial call or exploratory meeting, I will suggest the most suitable programme and package for you. I send out preparatory questions, which participants answer anonymously to encourage open discussion. I analyse and summarise these responses to incorporate them into the presentation, which is tailor-made to include theoretical content, tools and co-development exercises.

Facilitation of the workshop

The programme may change on the day itself: it is essential to be flexible enough to adapt to the group dynamic. Key principles: a friendly atmosphere, trust, respect, freedom of speech, active listening, collective intelligence and synergy. And creativity, of course.

Creative Management can be integrated into a seminar programme, with which it is complementary, not a substitute. In a seminar, we focus on results, vision and strategy. During a Creative Management day, we collectively engage the whole team in a process of co-creation and co-development.

«Management is about putting people at the centre. To grow, and to help others grow – your team, your business, your ecosystem.»

Summary

À Day 15, I am sending you the presentation and a summary of the exercises carried out on the day, including the action plan.

Mentoring support option

A WhatsApp group bringing together all participants can be set up to provide follow-up and mentoring after the event, to ensure that what has been learnt is consolidated over time.

Their opinions

«I called on Lili to help my team develop and put together our 2026 strategy. […]

She organised a workshop focusing on soft skills (creativity, collaboration, communication and critical thinking) and encouraged the team to think freely, to overcome their own barriers and to challenge our existing ways of working in order to come up with new approaches.

The result was impressive. My team got completely caught up in the process, spurred on by Lili’s energy and her approach. Preconceptions were quickly dispelled and everyone identified specific actions they could take within their sphere of influence. By the end of the workshop, every team member had left with their own action plan.

This workshop boosted our intrapreneurial spirit, removed barriers, strengthened team cohesion and unleashed a lot of creativity. A real success, which will now be part of our annual meetings with Lili.»

Karin Gintz, Managing Director of Vitra France

«With Lili Bonnet (LBM), our teams have had a real upgrade: boosted teaching methods, a sharpened mindset, and the management of tricky situations with a cool head and kindness.

Infectious energy, ready-to-use tips and teachers won over — in short, practical, fun and high-impact (and almost makes you want to go back to school 😄).»

Jean-Antoine Mouchon, Director of ESMOD PRO & CARRIERE

Your questions

What is the difference between Creative Management and a corporate seminar?

Creative Management can be integrated into a seminar programme, but it does not replace it; the two are complementary. In a seminar, you address the company's results, vision and strategy. During a Creative Management day, you collectively engage the whole team in a co-construction process using collective intelligence. This is not a meeting: it is in-depth team coaching.

.I operate mainly in Paris and the Île-de-France region, in venues that I select for their setting conducive to creative reflection. I can also travel to your premises or to another city depending on the context, and I am available to work abroad.
